Bread – this simple but delicious food for everything and none accompanies at almost every meal, from breakfast to dinner. To celebrate how much we like, we wanted to share with you three simple bread recipes so that you can prepare them at home and enjoy it with family. Come on, it’s not going to look good and be present at the next family meal with some bread made by you! So ready, ready…to knead!

Bread with pips and sesame

If there is something that is great for bread, they are the seeds: they provide you with fiber, an extra of nutrients and a touch of special flavor. This Sally Croft home baked bread became a favorite receipt in many European families.
Ingredients:

200 ml of water
15 grams of yeast
50 ml of olive oil
400 grams of flour
a pinch of salt
A handful of peeled pipes
A handful of sesame

We start by mixing the water with the oil. Then, we incorporate the yeast, the sesame, the pipes and the pinch of salt. When everything is well mixed, add the flour and start to knead. When the dough is uniform and elastic, separate it into small rolls, which we cover with a rag and leave to ferment for one or two hours, until they have doubled in size.

Finally, bake them for 15 minutes at 180º. Let them cool before attacking, if you can resist!

Gluten-free bread

Ingredients:

500 grams of bread-making gluten-free flour
300 ml warm water
10 grams of yeast
2 teaspoons salt

We start by mixing the dry ingredients in a large bowl: flour, yeast and salt. Once mixed everything, we make a hollow in the middle and we begin to add the warm water little by little while we mix with the rest of ingredients. Now it’s time to knead! When the dough is smooth and uniform, we put it in a bowl and cover it with a rag to ferment for one hour. When it has doubled its size, we knead it again to give it the shape that we want: in bar, in rolls, in loop … We let it ferment again for an hour.

When it has already fermented, we make a couple of cuts in the upper part, we sprinkle some water and we put it in the oven to 200º for 40-45 minutes, according to the moreno that we want that it is put.

Garlic bread and cheese

Now that we know how to make bread, for this recipe, we will start with an advantage and start with a bread already made.

The other ingredients you need are:

A tablespoon of butter
Two handfuls of grated cheese special for gratin
One teaspoon garlic powder
Oregano to taste

We begin by mixing the butter with the grated cheese. Then, add the oregano and the garlic, and mix everything well to obtain a homogenous mixture. Then, we take our bread cut in the form of toasts and anoint the mixture above. Then we gratin it in the oven at 180º for 5-10 minutes. When it is toasted to our taste, we remove it and ready!
