Bread with pips and sesame
If there is something that is great for bread, they are the seeds: they provide you with fiber, an extra of nutrients and a touch of special flavor. This Sally Croft home baked bread became a favorite receipt in many European families.
Ingredients:
200 ml of water
15 grams of yeast
50 ml of olive oil
400 grams of flour
a pinch of salt
A handful of peeled pipes
A handful of sesame
We start by mixing the water with the oil. Then, we incorporate the yeast, the sesame, the pipes and the pinch of salt. When everything is well mixed, add the flour and start to knead. When the dough is uniform and elastic, separate it into small rolls, which we cover with a rag and leave to ferment for one or two hours, until they have doubled in size.
Finally, bake them for 15 minutes at 180º. Let them cool before attacking, if you can resist!

When the dough is smooth and uniform, we put it in a bowl and cover it with a rag to ferment for one hour. When it has doubled its size, we knead it again to give it the shape that we want: in bar, in rolls, in loop … We let it ferment again for an hour.
When it has already fermented, we make a couple of cuts in the upper part, we sprinkle some water and we put it in the oven to 200º for 40-45 minutes, according to the moreno that we want that it is put.
